2. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ for mattress starts from 10-50 pieces depending on the model. For mixed container orders, we can offer more flexible terms. Contact our sales team for a precise quote.
3. How long does production and shipping take?
Typical lead time is 25-45 days after sample confirmation, depending on order complexity and quantity. We ship from Fuzhou, China via sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight or express, and can handle door-to-door delivery to most countries.
4. Do you provide quality inspection before shipping?
Absolutely. Every mattress order goes through a 3-stage QC process: raw material inspection, in-line production check, and final pre-shipment inspection. We welcome third-party inspection companies such as SGS, BV or Intertek at your request.
5. Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we offer paid samples for all mattress designs. Sample lead time is usually 7-15 working days. The sample fee can be refunded or deducted from your first bulk order above a certain value.
